London, Ontario's high-performance training centre. Purpose-built for hockey, football, and soccer athletes with individualized coaching, integrated recovery, and on-site physiotherapy.

Turf Zone
Indoor synthetic turf area where all group classes and speed work happen. Used for sprint drills, agility training, sled pushes, and sport-specific conditioning. This is where most coached sessions take place.
Speed & Agility
Sprint mechanics, sled work, ladder drills, and change-of-direction training.
Group Classes
Coached sessions for hockey, football, soccer, and baseball athletes. Small groups, structured programming.
Timing Systems
Laser timing for 10m, 20m, and 40-yard sprints. Used for testing and tracking progress.
T-Apex
Resistance-and-assistance sprint trainer for overloaded acceleration work and precise sprint mechanics data.
Stat Sports GPS
Wearable GPS tracking for distance, sprint counts, and high-speed running load. Pro-grade athlete monitoring.
Strength Zone
The main weight room. Squat racks, deadlift platforms, bench stations, dumbbells, and machines. This is where athletes do their individualized strength programs.
Racks & Platforms
Multiple squat racks, deadlift platforms, and bench stations so athletes aren't waiting around.
Olympic Lifting
Dedicated platforms with bumper plates for cleans, snatches, and jerks.
Velocity Tracking
Bar speed is tracked in real time so coaches can adjust load and intensity on the spot.
Recovery Zone
Two private recovery rooms, each with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression therapy, and a private shower. Athletes book a room, do their contrast therapy, and leave. No shared spaces, no waiting.
Infrared Sauna
Set to 38°C. Helps with circulation, muscle soreness, and general recovery between sessions.
Cold Plunge
Kept at 4°C. Used post-training to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery.
Compression Therapy
Normatec-style compression boots. Improves blood flow and reduces soreness in the legs.
Open Gym Membership
A separate gym space with weights, racks, machines, and cardio equipment. Coming soon as a member add-on for extra training days outside of your coached sessions.
Weights & Equipment
Dumbbells, racks, machines, and benches in a dedicated space separate from the class area.
Cardio
Bikes, rowers, and cardio machines for members to use on their own schedule.
Extra Training Days
Come in on your own time to get additional work in between coached sessions.
