Offensive Line Coach

Sean Jamieson

Western Mustangs

Sean started playing offensive line at the age of 13. As a player he joined the Western Mustangs for the 2012 season and played a five year university career starting at four different positions on the offensive line. Sean was a three time All-Canadian and was selected by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2016 CFL draft. Sean played a seven year career with the Alouettes and won a Grey Cup in 2023. During his time in the CFL Sean completed his MA in Kinesiology with a practicum in coaching. Currently Sean is a full time coach working with the offensive line of the Western Mustangs.

Receiver / DB Coach

Coach PJ Edgeworth

Western University

Edgeworth, a native Londoner, played his university football at York, where he graduated as the school's all-time leader in receptions. He has coached at the high school, summer ball, and CJFL levels, winning championships with South Collegiate and the Forest City Thunderbirds. Edgeworth then joined the Western Mustangs staff for the 2004 season. In his time at Western, Edgeworth has coached on both sides of the ball, specifically defensive backs and receivers, giving him a unique knowledge and perspective on what defensive backs are taught, and how receivers can gain an advantage against them in both man and zone coverage. Edgeworth has helped to develop over 26 OUA all-stars, 16 U-Sport All-Canadians and 10 CFL draft picks. He has been a part of 9 Yates Cup Championships, and the 2017 National Championship teams.

At Spero Performance in London, Ontario. We offer football-specific athlete development and position coaching, explosive power, speed, change of direction, and combine prep for athletes from minor football through CFL, NCAA, and NFL levels.

Athlete Development programs run in 12-week blocks (a 3-month commitment), payable monthly or in full every 3 months. Monthly pricing starts at CA$247 (2x/week), $345 (3x/week), or $411 (4x/week), plus HST. Single drop-ins are $35.

Yes. Our combine protocol trains the exact metrics scouts measure, the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, and isometric mid-thigh pull, alongside acceleration mechanics and position-specific technique.

Explosive lower-body power, 10, 20, and 40-yard speed, change of direction, contact preparation, and position-specific technique: stances, get-off, route running, and QB throwing mechanics, built around your position's demands.

From minor and high-school football through Junior, NCAA, CFL, and professional. Programming is individualized to age, position, and competitive level.
