At Spero Performance in London, Ontario. We run baseball-specific athlete development built around rotational power, throwing velocity, and the durability to play a full season, for youth through college and pro-track players.

Athlete Development programs run in 12-week blocks (a 3-month commitment), payable monthly or in full every 3 months. Monthly pricing starts at CA$247 (2x/week), $345 (3x/week), or $411 (4x/week), plus HST. Single drop-ins are $35.

Rotational power through the kinetic chain, throwing-velocity and arm-care work, lateral and first-step speed, posterior-chain strength for the throwing motion, and shoulder, elbow, and lower-back durability.

From minor baseball through high-school, college, and pro-track athletes, with individualized programming by age and competitive level.

Yes. Year-round Athlete Development covers off-season building and in-season maintenance, all coached and individualized at our London, Ontario facility.
