Athlete Development programs run in 12-week blocks (a 3-month commitment), payable monthly or in full every 3 months. Monthly pricing starts at CA$247 (2x/week), $345 (3x/week), or $411 (4x/week), plus HST. Single drop-ins are $35.
Aerobic capacity and repeat-sprint conditioning, agility and change of direction, lengthened-position strength for sprinting and kicking, injury resilience, plus first-touch and ball-protection technique work.
