At Spero Performance, 1195 Gainsborough Rd in London, Ontario. We run year-round, hockey-specific off-ice athlete development plus seasonal hockey camps, built around skating power, shot velocity, and full-season durability, and trusted by NHL and CHL athletes.
Athlete Development programs run in 12-week blocks (a 3-month commitment), and you can pay monthly or in full every 3 months. Monthly pricing starts at CA$247 (2x/week), $345 (3x/week), or $411 (4x/week), plus HST. Single drop-ins are $35.
Players from minor and youth levels (Peewee, Bantam, Midget) through Junior, NCAA, OHL, and professional. Every program is individualized to the athlete's age, training history, and competitive level.
